State and prospects for the development of the construction sector in Russia

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены тенденции развития строительной сферы России. Проанализированы следующие показатели: динамика показателей деятельности организаций, занятые по виду экономической деятельности «Строительство», индекс производительности труда в строительстве, факторы, ограничивающие производственную деятельность строительных организаций. На примере Санкт-Петербурга определены перспективы реализации национального проекта «Жилье и городская среда». Определены барьеры в развитии строительства и выявлена роль государственного регулирования. The article examines the development trends of the construction industry in Russia. The following indicators are analyzed: the dynamics of the main indicators of the activities of organizations employed by thetype of economic activity "Construction", the index of labor productivity in construction, factors limiting the production activities of construction organizations. On the example of St. Petersburg, the prospects for the implementation of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" are determined. Barriers in the development of construction have been identified and the role of government regulation has been identified.
