Digital transformation as a trend line of innovative balanced development of the region on the example of the Orenburg region

Abstract

В статье представлено ключевое трендовое направление обеспечения сбалансированного инновационного развития региона в современных условиях - цифровая трансформация, которая подразумевает не только внедрение нано технологичных программных комплексов и оборудования, но и инновационные изменения самих процессов управления регионом, региональных бизнес моделей. Актуальность задачи проникновения цифровой экономики во все сферы развития регионов особенно усиливается в условиях слабой ресурсной обеспеченности и дисбаланса развития экономик регионов, а также отсутствия четких методических разработок и регламентирующих документов по цифровой трансформации региональных экономик. В эпоху современной цифровизации, когда человеческий ресурс является ее главный драйвером, необходимо сосредоточиться на развитии механизма государственного регулирования системы показателей сбалансированного развития региона, что и будет способствовать выходу региона на общую траекторию инновационного пути сбалансированного развития. The article presents the key trend direction of ensuring the balanced innovative development of the region in modern conditions - digital transformation, which implies not only the introduction of nanotechnological software systems and equipment, but also innovative changes in the processes of managing the region and regional business models. The relevance of the task of penetrating the digital economy into all areas of regionaldevelopment is especially enhanced in the context of poor resource availability and imbalance in the development of regional economies, as well as the absence of clear methodological developments and regulatory documents on the digital transformation of regional economies. In the era of modern digitalization, when human resources are its main driver, it is necessary to focus on the development of the mechanism of state regulation of the system of indicators for balanced development of the region, which will contribute to the region's entry into the generaltrajectory of the innovative path of balanced development.
