Building in the digital economy: current state and development drivers

Abstract

Авторами обоснована необходимость цифровизации строительства в качестве императива встраивания отрасли в экосистему цифровой экономики, причем с учетом реализации принципа фрактальности в управлении. Выявлены основные инструменты цифровизации, детерминированы точки роста в различных проекциях, произведен анализ и оценка влияния факторов-драйверов цифровой трансформации. The authors substantiate the need for digitalization of construction as an imperative of embedding the industry in the ecosystem of the digital economy, taking into account the implementation of the principle of fractality in management. The main tools of digitalization are identified, points of growth in various projectionsare determined, the analysis and assessment of the influence of factors-drivers of digital transformation is carried out.
