Labor productivity as the main tool for the development of agricultural production

Abstract

В настоящее время в результате увеличения производительности труда появляются предпосылки для повышения уровня оплаты труда. Осуществляется проверка гипотезы - повышение величины производительности труда в сельскохозяйственном производстве будет являться главным инструментом его развития с целью применения отдельных механизмов материального стимулирования. В научном исследовании представлена текущая ситуация по количеству занятых работников, а также уровню производительности труда в сельском, лесном хозяйстве, охоте, рыболовстве и рыбоводстве по сравнению с мировыми странами за ретроспективный период. Проведена декомпозиция сценарного подхода повышения производительности труда на уровне организации, предложены механизмы материального стимулирования работников организации. The hypothesis is being tested - an increase in the value of labor productivity in agricultural production will be the main tool for its development in order to use certain mechanisms of material incentives. The scientific study presents the current situation in terms of the number of employed workers, as well as the level of labor productivity in agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming in comparison with world countries over a retrospective period. The decomposition of the scenario approach of increasing labor productivity at the level of the organization is carried out, the mechanisms of material incentives for the employees of the organization are proposed.
