Agricultural business in a new way: the Farmer's School project in the Tyumen region

Статья освещает опыт участия ФГБОУ ГАУ Северного Зауралья в федеральном образовательном проекте «Школа фермера» АО «Россельхозбанк». Проект направлен на формирование знаний для реализации себя и возможности создания и развития собственного бизнеса на селе. Слушатели приобретают теоретическую подготовку, изучая правовые аспекты работы фермерских хозяйств, финансовые бизнес-модели, основы маркетинга; знакомятся с новейшими агротехнологиями; проходят обучение на ведущих предприятиях отрасли, учатся кооперироваться с крупными холдингами. Опыт полученный в процессе обучения и практические занятия позволяют укрепить пласт крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств, личных подсобных хозяйств в структуре всех категорий хозяйств. The article highlights the experience of participation of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Northern Trans-Urals in the federal educational project "Farmer's School" of JSC "Rosselkhoznadzor". The project is aimed at the formation of knowledge for self-realization and the possibility of creating and developing your own business in rural areas. Students acquire theoretical training by studying the legal aspects of the work of farms, financial business models, the basics of marketing; get acquainted with the latest agricultural technologies; are trained at leading enterprises of the industry, learn to cooperate with large holdings. The experience gained in the course of training and practical exercises make it possible to strengthen the layer of peasant (farmer) farms, personal subsidiary farms in the structure of all categories of farms.
