Assessment of the state of the construction complex of the Komi Republic

Abstract

Diagnostics of the state of the construction complex of the Komi Republic for 2016-2020 has been carried out in the work. The relevance of the study of the construction industry is explained by its importance for the development of the economy, namely, the satisfaction of the investment demand of other industries, and as a part of the implementation of the necessary infrastructure projects and projects in the housing sector. The index method, comparative method, correlation and regression analyses are applied. The results of construction activity are covered in detail. The analysis of business activity, financial condition, material and technical base, employment and wages in construction organizations is given. The level and dynamics of prices for construction products are presented. It has been determined that, despite the difficult financial and economic conditions of management, the construction complex of the region is "afloat" and in the future has every opportunity for overcoming the crisis and for subsequent dynamic development.
