Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of modeling double-curved woven structures and presents the results of the development of the woven structure model of layers on the varying shape of the cross- section of the mandrel along the axis with spatial curvature. The developed mathematical apparatus for modeling woven structures is built into the created software. The results of building models of woven structures are presented. To make it possible to obtain woven structures with double curvature, the plaque was upgraded. The application of the developed technology will allow us to move to a new level of managing the properties and form of products, improve the integration of structures, reduce the laboriousness of manufacturing parts, and reduce the weight of structures as a whole.
