6. Candice Chen is a Disparities Research and Education Advancing Mission (DREAM) Fellow of the National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities and an assistant research professor in health policy at the George Washington University.

7. James Kiarie is a principal investigator for the Medical Education Partnership Initiative program in Kenya and a senior lecturer in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Nairobi.

8. Elsie Kiguli-Malwadde is director of the Medical Education Partnership Initiative Coordinating Center at the African Centre for Global Health and Social Transformation.
