1. Micro Experiments Effect of Feature Normalization: Table 19 shows the effect of feature normalization on DNN, SVM, and RF for all three CICIDS-2017, RoEduNet-SIMARGL2021, and NSL-KDD datasets. We observe that feature normalization yields better accuracy for three datasets. We thus consider feature normalization for all of our AI models' results for XAI-IDS in the paper.
