1. B. eradicatum (Laest.) Fries (R. confervoides (Fries) Fries), B. trichophyllum (Chaix) Bosch for Republic of Altai. However, B. eradicatum was reported erroneously, because its range is limited by Fennoscandia; all Siberian records should be attributed to misidentified terrestrial forms of other species;Krasnoborov;addition,2012
2. Thus, the diversity and distribution of Ranunculus sect. Batrachium in Republic of Altai, as well in temperate Eurasia in general, requires the thorough revision;Sparganium glomeratum
3. S. glomeratum was known only from northern part of Altai Nature Reserve and was not found during our survey, while S. hyperboreum is widespread in Republic of Altai. The hybrid origin of the specimen was documented using molecular markers (following Bobrov et al., 2023b). Both S. glomeratum and S. hyperboreum were represented by widespread genetic lineages (plastid psbJ-petA / nuclear phyC DNA: glom1/GLOM1HYP2, cf. Bobrov et al., 2023b), the former being the plastid donor. The hybrid was morphologically intermediate between the parent species (Fig. 3). Namely, like S. glomeratum, it was semiaquatic erect, with leaves 3-5 mm wide, flattened from above and flattened triangular to convex from below in transverse section, with a distinct midrib; S Neuman;Utricularia macrorhiza Leconte U. vulgaris L. -4 km W of Kosh-Agach village,2012
