1. In the present study, we have retrieved the 3D structure of the native protein PPAR-? from the PDB database ID: 2ATH. The docking of PGJ2 and scopoletin with PPAR-? was carried out in AutoDock Vina [27]. The binding affinities of the PPAR-?-PGJ2 and PPAR-?-SC were obtained, and the best conformer with a binding energy of -7.2 kcal/mol and -6.2 kcal/mol, respectively. We observed that PGJ2 showed hydrogen bond interaction at Arg288, Ser342, and Glu343. Similarly, scopoletin showed hydrogen interaction at Cys285;These complexes were considered for further analysis
