1. Under optimized conditions, this biosensor can detect as low as 8.5 fM and 1 CFU/mL as the detection limit, respectively for Pb 2+ and S. aureus. Besides, this biosensor holds high selectivity, accuracy and good anti-interference ability. Prospectively, the biosensor enables the detection of other analysts by re-designing the sequence of the DNAzyme or aptamer.
