1. While in Au-MDM/Pd-MDM sample [1], this peak shifted to slightly higher binding energy around 400.7 eV. Moreover, a new peak at about 405. 3 eV also appeared in both samples, corresponding to Au-NH/Pd-NH as shown in Fig. 7b and 7f. These results revealed that the changes in valence electrons of N owing to its amino functional interaction or hydrogen bonding of NH-with -Cl of Au(III) and Pd(II) as shown in Fig. 8a and b. Similarly, appearance of a new peak (163.8 eV) and a small shifting to higher binding energy;A clear evidence was observed by appearing the peaks of Au 4f and Pd 3d after their adsorptions in XPS analysis (Fig. 7a and e)
