1. OH) 3 F at 250 o C was found to achieve the highest response of 23.6 toward 10 ppm acetone gas and 2.1 to 400 ppb acetone at operating temperature 200 o C. Cu 2 (OH) 3 F/CuO prepared at 250 o C showed high selectivity of 8.7 for acetone to toluene. The performance of Cu 2 (OH) 3 F/CuO chemiresistor is attributed to the fluent hydroxy bonds with high polarity, fluorine substitution, temperature effects and wide bandgap junctions. The data in this research collectively underlines the phase transformation in Cu 2 (OH) 3 F/CuO regulated by temperatures and its decisive effects on acetone gas-sensing.
