1. N-nZVI@BC can be readily recycled from solution and reused using an external magnetic field. EPR measurements confirmed that SO 4 �? and �OH play the pivotal role in As(III) oxidation. The adsorption of As species on N-nZVI@BC was mainly chemisorption. This study offers a potential pathway for the use of N-nZVI@BC activated PS for the remediation of As(III) contaminated water bodies, such as groundwater or industrial wastewater.
