ABSTRACT
First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Disease Models & Mechanisms, helping researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Sek-Shir Cheong is first author on ‘ A method for TAT-Cre recombinase-mediated floxed allele modification in ex vivo tissue slices’, published in DMM. Sek-Shir is a research associate in the lab of Dr Charlotte Dean at Imperial College London, London, UK, investigating mechanisms of lung repair and regeneration using 3D living lung tissues.
