Abstract
ABSTRACT
First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Biology Open, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Aaron Savage is first author on ‘ Germline competent mesoderm: the substrate for vertebrate germline and somatic stem cells?’, published in BiO. Aaron is a postdoctoral research associate at the Biodiscovery Institute, University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, investigating how stem cells can be used in regenerative medicine and how we can understand stem cell biology using embryonic and post-embryonic development.
