Abstract
The advancement of an optimization technique to regulate the liquid level in a nonlinear system is the main topic of this chapter. There are numerous optimization methods available that are utilised to effectively adjust the controller's parameters. According to the literature, the recently developed crow search optimization (CSO) technique finds the best answer to a variety of optimization issues in control engineering. The Ziegler Nichols (ZN) approach, particle swarm optimization (PSO), and crow search optimization (CSO) techniques are used to adjust the PI controller parameters in this. By generating servo and regulatory disturbances in both simulation and real-time study, the reliability of the controllers is confirmed. The suggested CSO based PI controller for the non-linear system is validated by the real-time results.
