Abstract
The advent of the digital world has irrevocably altered the status quo of ‘business as usual.' Daily life is now enmeshed in the online platforms for business, commerce, and education. Young people are adept at exploring and adopting to changes. The metaverse is their world. This is seen reflected in digital enterprise and new forms of wealth. Managing this turbulent period of monumental change is complex. At the heart of all decisions there is confidence in remembering that people make and implement the decisions. They need anchors for support to avoid the pitfalls of decisions that are shallow and pointless in the long term. The next generation of adults depends on wise actions to guide them in sustainable directions.
