Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic affects all aspects of life for everyone in this world. In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which are mostly family businesses, are among the worst hit, since they do not have the stable capital backup as is the case in big enterprises. Since MSMEs contribute significantly to Indonesia's GDP, this problem needs government assistance for its recovery. Policies at several levels are put to practice and to be implemented. Digitalization of businesses has started even before the pandemic, and is more widely utilized in this condition. Therefore, the policies emphasize regulating the digitalization of MSMEs from the provision of the internet to accommodating their transactions.
