Abstract
The objective of this work is to present an innovative escape room proposal designed and implemented in the subject of teaching innovation and initiation to educational research of the Master's Degree in Secondary Teacher Training at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) in Spain with a double final: work on the skills covered in the subject and learn innovation by innovating. On the one hand, the escape room project will present the academic context and the proposal structure (narrative, content worked on, missions and rewards, ICT tools used). On the other hand, an analysis of the impact that this experience has had on the motivation and satisfaction of the students will be carried out and on their improvement in the acquisition of the skills taught in the subject. The instrument used to carry out this analysis will be a questionnaire. The results show an improvement in student motivation with the escape room application in the classroom.
