Abstract

Covid-19 has adversely affected many sectors, especially aviation. Because the plane is an enclosed space and spreads the virus faster by carrying passengers between countries, aviation has been affected more than other sectors. In this process, revenues of aviation enterprises have decreased, flights and therefore the amount of required labor has decreased due to domestic and international flight bans. For this reason, the human resources units of the enterprises have taken some actions against this situation. Although almost every airline company was adversely affected by the pandemic, airlines following the right policies were able to close this process with less damage. In this book chapter, what is done in the human resources departments of aviation companies in the world will be examined.
