In pursuit of the set goal, the author sets himself the following tasks: 1) To investigate the preconditions that led to the appearance and rapid spread of non-standard forms of employment; 2) To point out the factors complicating the regulation of labor standards and the insurance protection of persons engaged in non-standard employment; 3) To look for and propose opportunities for regulatory and control measures in non-standard forms of employment, as well as to present some good examples of government initiatives.
