Abstract

The world today is facing the fourth industrial revolution – a “revolution of skills.” The demand for completely new sets of skills is unprecedented, with the advent of and rapid change in digital technologies. On the other hand, a large population of graduates and professional are struggling to empower themselves with newer skillsets and develop capabilities to achieve competitive edge in building a successful career. There is a need for a platform to bridge the gap between these two market forces so that “the supply meets the demand.” This chapter seeks to provide a predictive solution using SQL server data mining techniques that implements Microsoft decision tree data mining algorithm.
