Abstract

The main focus of the chapter is to generalize classical Boolean algebra by introducing the neutro Boolean algebra. In many real-life situations, researchers experience some evidence where the classical algebraic structure failed to address the issues. This leads to a new field of research, known as neutro algebraic structure and the anti-algebraic structure proposed in 2019. Like this, neutro Boolean algebraic structure is introduced to take care of the issues where the Huntington postulates of Boolean algebra are partially true and partially false. More precisely, in neutro Boolean algebra, the outcome of any given two elements under logical operations has three possibilities, such as appurtenance, non-appurtenance, or indeterminate. Finally, some fundamental definitions, theorems, and properties based on neutro Boolean algebra are proposed.
