Abstract
The industry has developed over a period of time. Industry 1.0 had a different scenario than Industry 5.0. The revolution of industries transformed the economy of the country which was based on agriculture and handicrafts at an earlier time. With this revolution, leaders also required necessary qualities which are demanding and leading in the future. In the world of a fast-growing business, the transformation of leadership has become an important topic to be discussed. It has become necessary to analyze new leadership techniques and skill sets required to form the organizational structure which will be best suitable for new-age leadership. This chapter is focusing on the changes in leadership practices from Industry 1.0 to Industry 5.0. Moreover, this chapter also highlights the challenges, opportunities, and required skill sets for leaders in Industry 5.0.
