Abstract

The acceleration of globalization in the world as a result of the development of technology and transportation means in the process from the development of the industrial revolution to the present day has also led to an increase in international labor migration. Although labor migration is among the most criticized issues, it is actually an important criterion in providing the workforce to meet the change needs of companies in the process called the new normal after the COVİD-19 pandemic. Undoubtedly, different ideas and talents coming from the workforce from different countries come to the fore in the success of multinational companies that have increased in recent years. Under the title of diversity, equality, and inclusiveness practice, senior managers in companies should adopt the corporate culture that gathers employees of different races, languages, colors, religions, and beliefs under one roof and pay attention to ensuring equal rights.
