Abstract
Women entrepreneurship development is indeed an essential part of human resource development. In India the growth of women entrepreneurship is very low mostly in rural areas. Entrepreneurship is one of the most important issues under business paradigm. Women entrepreneurship, under this phenomenon is the recent concern. Women are very much aware about their skill, knowledge, capacity, rights, and work situations. The progress is more visible in upper class families than middle class society. This paper focuses on understanding of capacity of Indian women and their role effectiveness in the business development area under industrial revolution 4.0. It is the current trend of automation, it provides data exchange in the field of manufacturing technologies. With the application of Artificial Intelligence the women entrepreurship has taken a place of role playing to expand country's economy.
