Abstract
Cognitive rehabilitation refers to a range of interventions designed to improve or restore cognitive functioning in individuals who have suffered from neurological injury or disease. This type of rehabilitation typically involves a combination of cognitive and behavioral strategies aimed at enhancing specific cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, language, and problem-solving skills. The process of cognitive rehabilitation begins with a comprehensive assessment of the individual's cognitive abilities, followed by the development of an individualized treatment plan.
