Abstract
Female entrepreneurs and employees are so important for the economy. Especially, sustainable development encourages more female empowerment in the world. When considering the economic support of female entrepreneurs and employees for GDP in a specific country, the number of each female entrepreneur will be so valuable. On the other side, the sustainability of enterprises should also be considered. The Covid-19 pandemic affected many employees and entrepreneurs negatively, and the global economy has fallen into a big crisis. Rates of economic growth and employment all declined due to the Covid-19 crises globally. This study aims to explore female entrepreneurs and employees among Turkish economy by investigating recorded statistics for Covid-19 period and post-Covid-19 period in Türkiye. It is thought to give a brief framework for the importance of female entrepreneurs and employees for economic growth and also sustainable development.
