Abstract

With the aid of cloud computing, numerous services are accessible via the Internet. Among other things, these technologies include storing, managing and processing data, networking, servers, database and software storage. The study aims to recognize the most crucial factors that instigate the Potential User's Behaviour Toward increased usage of Cloud Computing. Technology experts anticipate that as cloud computing becomes more and more popular, most organizations will switch to it by 2025, ending their need for desktop resources. The study aims to assess the impact of certain factors like Perceived Ease of Use and Availability, Security and Privacy, Reliability and Relative Advantage in influencing the intention of the user's towards the usage of cloud computing. Data were gathered using a questionnaire and a convenient sampling method. The data is analysed using the Smart PLS-SEM technique with a sample size of 191. The research finding indicates that all four factors taken in the study significantly influence the users' intention toward the usage of cloud computing.
