Abstract
Financial markets all over the world offer a wide range of financial products. Financial instruments such as equity, mutual funds, bonds, government securities, gold, fixed deposits, and many other options are available in financial markets to investors. The purpose of this research study is to analyze the influence of the independent factors of financial literacy and perceived risk attitudes on investment intentions. The population of the study is from the area of Delhi-NCR. Researchers used a descriptive research design and convenient sampling method in the current study. The data of 223 respondents was collected through an online survey via Google form link. The researchers used a PLS-SEM to analyze the research data. The results of the study indicated financial literacy and perceived risk attitudes have a significant impact on investment intentions.
