In the dynamic landscape of modern healthcare, the convergence of E-Business 5.0 and big data is unlocking unprecedented opportunities for personalized medicine. This chapterexplores the transformative potential of E-Business 5.0, characterized by enhanced connectivity, artificial intelligence, and automation, in redefining patient-centered care through the utilization of vast data sets. The chapter examine how big data technologies, including data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics, are enabling healthcare professionals to offer tailored treatment plans, improve diagnosis accuracy, and enhance patient outcomes. By integrating these technologies within E-Business 5.0 frameworks, healthcare systems can deliver more responsive and efficient services, ultimately leading to a new era of personalized healthcare.
