Abstract
This chapter is a preface for the simulation design and fabrication for VLSI system design circuits of optical transconductance amplifier (OTA) with model sim and micro wind software, which are the best to demonstrate the RTL process steps of the design flow circuit. The model is created with a test bed for analog mode using Micro wind and RTL process with the software provided from Mentor graphics known as Model sim. The design simulation and testing show that the proposed architecture has reduced power significantly and resulted in a compact design.
