Abstract
This chapter systematically explores two key governmental strategies to maintain its power by balancing theories and practices in governmental power market-ing-power controlling strategy (such as the use of national strategy for building legitimate power in governmental products and services), and power procurement strategy in order to develop and disseminate rational public service provision toward people. For example, governments use innovative policies in order to build their good image in public perception.
