Abstract
Premenstrual syndrome is a physiological disorder that affects a woman's physical, emotional, and behavioural health and starts many days before menstrual bleeding begins. PMS is the abbreviation for premenstrual syndrome. PMS has been shown to have negative impacts on a woman's subjective and psychological well-being, leading to changes in her activities, incompatibility in marriage, and inappropriate behaviour with children. PMS symptoms are divided into two categories: physical and psychological. Feeling burdened, prone to stress, difficulties concentrating, decreased social contact, loneliness, performance impairment, substance abuse, angry outbursts, and death wishes are all examples of psychological conditions.
