Abstract
This chapter discusses the pedagogical strategies for integrating an intercultural telecollaboration program in a classroom context. The examination is done through small-scale action research (AR) conducted in a general English class for adolescents in an English course in Indonesia. The research focuses on the teacher's observation and reflection on the design process and the implementation of an intercultural telecollaboration program. The teacher-researcher reflective journal is the main data resource. Some of the important findings include maintaining close observation, reflection, and a flexible attitude in crafting and employing an intercultural telecollaboration program and the role of the reflective journal in understanding the teacher's perspective and strategies.
