Abstract

This chapter explores the revolutionary potential of new immersive technologies in the practice of psychotherapy and their role in increasing the accessibility and inclusivity of mental health services. It discusses how immersive technologies provide a safe and personalised environment for the treatment of a wide range of psychological disorders, opening up new perspectives for more effective and welcoming therapy.
