Abstract
The focus of this study was to ascertain the extent to which children with special needs have been fully integrated into the inclusive education policy in Abuja, Nigeria vis-a-vis SDG goal 4. The study was built on a blend of social work theories. The methodology adopted for the study was integrative literature review.
