Abstract

Every day, the business environment is changing rapidly and becoming complex, so organizations must develop new and out of the box strategies and implement such frameworks that can transform the business to another level in this competitive market. In this era, customer preference is the main differentiator, so organizations need to shift their focus to customer experience. Customer experience has become an emerging way of creating a competitive advantage. A customer experience boosts the business growth and drives the revenue for organization by making happy and loyal customers.
