Abstract
Through the use of critical analysis, this study investigates the intricate relationship that exists between moral obligations and the lack of communication that exists within healthcare settings. In spite of the fact that the principles of beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, and fairness serve as ethical standards, there is still a certain amount of silence within organisations due to variables such as fear, hierarchy, and cultural norms. In order to overcome the problem of silence, it is vital to have a strong commitment from leadership, to undergo a culture revolution, and to communicate and communicate well. Due to the fact that silence can have adverse repercussions on patient safety, the quality of treatment, and the well-being of personnel, this is a crucial point to make. The findings of this study emphasize the significance of taking preventative actions in order to foster creativity, accountability, and openness within the organization.
