Abstract
Ethics is instrumental in influencing the dynamics of organizational culture and performance management. This chapter will focus on all the elements of ethics on organizational culture and performance management. Ethics, culture, organizational culture, and elements that determine the organizational culture will be discussed. In addition, ethics, ethical theories, the impact of ethics on employees and on organizational culture, the effects of ethical violations on organizational culture, and recommendations to advance ethical conduct in organizations will be addressed.
