In today's dynamic business landscape, the role of ethical values in organizational optimization has garnered significant attention. The chapter explores the intertwined relationship between ethical leadership, organizational success, and social responsibility. Ethical leadership, characterized by moral integrity, transparency, and a commitment to social welfare, serves as a cornerstone for fostering a culture of trust and accountability within organizations.
