Abstract
Understanding the ethical and sociocultural implications of new education management paradigms is critical because prior research has often overlooked how they affect stakeholders in terms of equity, privacy, and accessibility. Through addressing these deficiencies and customizing innovations to suit local requirements, we can foster inclusive education and advance global social and economic advancement. The state-of-the-art methods and new developments in education management are examined in this study, including competency-based learning, data-driven decision-making, adaptive technologies, personalized learning, and collaborative learning. Blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, and lifelong learning are expected to be major future trends. Addressing concerns like equity, privacy, and institutional resistance is essential for an inclusive and successful educational transformation.
