Abstract
The development of a region/nation largely depends on the quality of education provided as education is a powerful tool having potential to bring socio economic, technological development to a society. To strengthen the educational system of a country/region, the teacher, teaching standards, and supporting infrastructure should be prompt. The main objective of this study is to carry out a systematic investigation to find out the inter relationship between attitude and job. The outcome of the chapter highlights a positive correlation/impact of attitude on respective performance (job performance) of teachers. Also the demographic factors like age, qualification, and experience impact the job performance in positive directions. The inputs from the chapter will help the higher educational institutions to frame strategies and policies to strengthen, develop, and innovate the higher educational infrastructure and system.
