Abstract
In today's world of continuous learning, there are challenges in providing accessible career guidance to young people that connect education and employment. However, there has been limited research into using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve guidance in professional life. This chapter discusses the progress made in leveraging AI to enhance and advance youth career guidance. One innovative solution to this challenge lies in the use of AI technology. AI can revolutionize the way career guidance is delivered by offering personalized and data-driven recommendations tailored to each individual's unique skills, interests, and goals. Despite the immense potential of AI in transforming the way career guidance is provided, there has been limited research on how this technology can be effectively utilized in higher education and professional life. This lack of exploration is a missed opportunity to leverage AI to its fullest potential in empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their education and career paths.
