Abstract

This chapter investigates the synergistic potential of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum technologies to foster sustainable practices within supply chain management. With the growing emphasis on environmental responsibility and ethical sourcing, organizations are seeking innovative solutions to optimize their supply chains while minimizing environmental impact. By leveraging AI's predictive capabilities and quantum computing's computational power, this chapter explores how organizations can enhance decision-making processes, optimize resource utilization and promote sustainability across their supply chains. Through case studies and practical examples, the chapter demonstrates how the integration of AI and quantum technologies can enable real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and adaptive optimization strategies, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and resilient supply chain ecosystem.
