Abstract
Human resource management (HRM) is a field that has evolved in combination with advancements in technology and is now operating in a highly competitive market. Augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) are cutting-edge technologies that have shown promise in several areas. It is a prospective way to assist with HRM operations due to its ability to simulate real-world situations, provide an immersive perspective, and facilitate communication between simulated & realistic environments. This paper attempts to understand better the possible advantages that the use of VR and AR may give to HRM through an analysis of relevant literature.
