Abstract
The integration of digital technologies into maternal healthcare has revolutionized the landscape of prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum support. Telemedicine platforms, such as Amwell and Teladoc, facilitate remote consultations between expectant mothers and healthcare providers, ensuring convenient access to prenatal care and expert advice. Maternal health apps, including Ovia Pregnancy and Glow Nurture, have emerged as invaluable tools for pregnant women, providing features such as pregnancy tracking, nutritional guidance, and tailored exercise routines. These, equipped with sensors for monitoring vital signs, fetal movements, and maternal health parameters have become indispensable in maternal care. These technologies provide real-time data on fetal well-being and maternal health status, enabling proactive intervention. The integration of these digital technologies represents a paradigm shift in healthcare delivery, empowering expectant mothers with knowledge, support, and access to personalized care, ultimately enhancing maternal and neonatal healthcare.
