Abstract
The relationship between national culture and organisational theory has been a subject of deep interest within academic research. This chapter explores the diverse methodological approaches employed in studying such a critical connection, which contribute to understanding how national cultural values affect organisational behaviour, structures, and practices. These perspectives provide information about different cultural aspects, capturing subjective experiences and contextual nuances through ethnographic studies or interviews. Acknowledging the significance of different methodological perspectives is crucial for developing a holistic understanding of how national culture influences organisational theories and practices. By embracing this diversity, practitioners have a more holistic understanding of the interplay between national culture and organisational phenomena.
